The next step is sharing the findings of the CHA and the 2020-2022 CHIP with our community members through social media! This social media toolkit is a health information release to inspire community members to take action on their social media accounts in order to improve the health of Williamson County by sharing the findings in the 2019 CHA and to take part in the 2020-2022 community health improvement process.
