East Williamson County
The East Williamson County region includes the communities of Bartlett, Coupland, Granger, Taylor, and Thrall. Community groups in the area foster an environment of collaboration, information sharing, and networking to highlight needs in the community and focus areas for health improvement. The East Williamson County region includes groups such as the Interagency Support Council of Eastern Williamson County and the East Williamson County Collaborative.

The East Williamson County Collaborative (EWCC) is based on a collective of strategic partners who are committed to developing an accessible and sustainable system of health and wellness for all people in eastern Williamson County. This group has met monthly since June 2017 working on a strategic planning process that should be completed in the summer of 2018.
The focus of the collaborative has been on identifying the challenges and opportunities in the following priority areas:
- Access to Healthcare
- Wraparound Support Services
- Food Access and Hunger Relief
- Socioeconomic Disparities
Mission: to improve the quality of community support for youth and adult services and to bridge gaps in services in East Williamson County through collaboration and coordination of services.
Vision: to be a recognized leader in and voice for proactive coordination of community services in East Williamson County.
