The SOC working group focuses on innovative ways to build health systems’ capacity in the community. This group is responsible for the planning and development related to integration between Williamson County providers participating in the Medicaid 1115 Waiver.

Coordination: By 2019, Systems of Care (SOC) will improve coordination efforts by ensuring that 100% of all SOC partners will use Aunt Bertha to search and refer.*
