2014-2016 Community Health Improvement Plan

A community health improvement plan or CHIP is developed for Williamson County, Texas every 3 years.  The WilCo Wellness Alliance, in conjunction with Williamson County and Cities Health District, coordinates this project.  

Progress toward CHIP activities is tracked quarterly and reports are published annually. The next CHIP will be available in 2017.
